Dana M. Smith
Attorney
Dana is a LaGrange County native, a 1995 graduate of Lakeland High School. She began her career in the legal field in the year 2000. She worked as a paralegal for 18 years before becoming an attorney. It was during this time that she developed a true passion for the law and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives, which fueled her decision to apply to law school.
Dana is an experienced attorney in the courtroom. She is prepared to advocate for her clients but also understands the importance of collaborating with others to reach amicable settlements when needed. She very much enjoys representing the specific legal needs of each of her clients, both in family law matters and criminal defense.
Dana has served as a board member for Problem Solving Court and currently serves as an officer of the Noble County Bar Association.
Dana and her husband Sheldon enjoy spending time with their three adult children and being grandparents.
